Enamel Reshaping

We are an in-network provider for Aetna Extend and United Concordia Elite.

We will handle the filing of all other insurances as an out of network provider. Most insurance companies will assign the benefits (send the reimbursement check to the dental office). If there is a difference between the insurance reimbursement and the office fee, the patient is responsible for the balance. All insurance plans reimbursement schedules vary, we will do our best to estimate the patient portion of treatment.
